With some of the first snowflakes of the season arriving to the upper elevations of the Pacific Northwest and parts of the Rockies this week it’s a reminder that Old Man Winter can’t be too far off.  Fall is a great time to review or put together a winter safety car kit.  Here are some useful tips from the Washington State Department of Transportation:
