Steve’s favorite aspect of Laclede is that it is a fairly large company–that supports hundreds of families throughout the U.S.–but feels like a much smaller one. He enjoys that despite the size of its service footprint, employees can build relationships with each other easily. He likes to challenge himself with aggressive sales goals, and loves spending time in the RV or fishing with his grandchildren.
