Meet Arshad

Director of Global Procurement

Arshad joined Laclede in February 2026 and was drawn to the organization’s collaborative culture and the opportunity to learn a new industry. He brings experience from a 25‑year career spanning industrial and agricultural chemicals, discount grocery, pharmaceuticals, and management consulting, with a focus on procurement, supply chain, and process improvement. Outside of work, Arshad enjoys spending time with his family and following sports.
